In 2021 HD Group refurbished 3 freestanding cottages for NSW Health which are used by Mount Druitt Hospital as clinics.

Across all three cottages we had to complete demolition works, install new joinery units, furniture, doors, painting, sanitary fixtures, plumbing, drainage, electrical services, mechanical services, and security services.

Additionally, we had to work closely with the nominated security subcontractor to finalse the design for the security services in accordance with the NSW Health security requirements. While we were on site, we were also requested to complete additional fencing, soft and hard landscaping works.

At all times HD Group appreciated the sensitivities of working in close proximity to Mount Druitt Hospital and ensured that all reasonable measures were undertaken to minimise disruption to day to day activities.
