Richard Hazard / Managing Director

Richard is responsible for business development and oversees the tendering and estimating teams of the HD Group. Richards love for sport (particularly rugby league and the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles) brings people together whether it be HD staff or valued clients, and Richard ensures that a match at Brookvale ends up being a fun time for all.
Richard’s passion for construction shines through when he is actively involved in a project, where clients begin to realise his drive for quality, programme and excellence for a successful project for all stakeholders.
Along with fellow Director Clyde Daish, Richard drives the overall direction, vision and business strategy of the HD Group supporting the needs and relationships of both our valued clients and the HD staff family.

Clyde Daish / Operations Director

Clyde actively directs and manages the delivery teams and site operations of the HD Group, providing technical support, innovation and collaboration to all project teams throughout every construction.
Clyde’s care for his teams and their welfare, creates a family culture and longevity amongst employees.
Along with fellow Director Richard Hazard, Clyde drives the overall direction, vision and business strategy of the HD Group supporting the needs and relationships of both our valued clients and the HD staff family.

Andrew Morris / General Manager

Andrew deals with the day to day operations of the business. He is responsible for ongoing improvement; monitoring and implementing industry best practice; translating goals into actions for operational performance; and is focusing the resources and capabilities HD requires to service clients with value, quality, speed, safety, flexibility and dependency on a project.

Oliver Hohmeier / QS & Estimator

As a qualified quantity surveyor with a background in various off-site roles, Oliver’s broad experience provides him with the skills necessary to ensure we submit thorough and competitive tenders. Oliver works closely with the delivery team at the front end of new projects to ensure a successful handover from the estimating department.

Tono Tang / Estimator

Tono has a keen eye for detail and prides himself in consistently providing competitive and accurate tenders. Tono is a specialist in concrete structure estimates and cost advice. His experience includes projects in various sectors such as residential, commercial, and industrial.

Paul Fiori / Project Manager

Paul’s experience covers the delivery of new build construction, fit out and public space projects. His intimate knowledge of the construction program, coupled with his experience in major projects, particularly live operating environments with sensitive interface conditions, ensures that program risks are identified and managed during the initial stages of a project, such that the risks and issues do not affect the overall program.

Habib Assi / Project Manager

Habib is responsible for delivering the project successfully and will manage the project team, subcontractors, the contract and all project issues. On each job he undertakes, Habib incorporates his comprehensive knowledge of the entire construction process.

Tim Venetsanos / Project Manager

As Project Manager, Tim’s responsibilities include daily liaison with and management of Contract Administrator/s, Site Manager, and Project Team; Contract management; quality, resource management; OH&S; risk management; client liaison and management; and attendance at site meetings and client meetings.

Te Rito Mareikura / Project Manager

Te Rito is responsible for the coordination of various activities on a project to meet the required program, satisfying quality standards and to minimise disruption to personnel. He ensures OH&S standards and practices are adhered to and performed at all times.

Joanna Hein / Project Administrator

Johanna provides project administration support to the team. Her role includes site support and operational administration activities. Johanna is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Johanna has worked in the construction industry for many years in a variety of roles including Executive Assistant and Project Administrator.

Lee Siteine / Contracts Administrator

As Contract Administrator, Lee provides support to the Project Managers and Site Managers and is in charge of the administration of the head contract and subcontracts.
Lee’s responsibilities include Head Contract administration; Subcontract administration; tendering, cost comparisons and contract letting; QA administration; progress and program reporting; cost reporting; documentation review and distribution.

Sam Stewart / HR Manager

Sam is responsible for daily labour allocations for each HD project site. Liaising directly with all HD Group Construction Managers and Project Managers, Sam ensures all projects are adequately resourced and in line with project scheduling.
