37 Seabeach Ave in Mona Vale is a four-storey building with ground level garages and twelve units across three levels. Northern Beaches Council had issued a Fire Order for this building, prompting the residents to upgrade the buildings existing fire services. HD Strata Remedial Builders was subsequently engaged to complete these works.

Due to the nature of this design and construct project, HD Strata Remedial Builders engaged a PCA and Fire Engineer to finalise the design of all required fire upgrade works identified in the Fire Order. Once the design was finalised, we upgraded the existing smoke and heat detectors, emergency lights, fire indicator panel, fire booster pumps, fire doors, balustrades, as well as intumescent painting works, spalling repairs and painting.
