Located in Queenscliff and exposed to the harsh coastal winds, this building required a complete façade refurbishment.

HD Strata Remedial Builders were engaged to identify problem areas within the face brick façade and remediate these by either repointing mortar joints, replacing damaged bricks, installing cavity wall ties, brick stitching and installing cavity flashings.

HD Strata Remedial Builders also replaced all of the existing windows with stunning new timber framed windows. This project was then concluded by installing a new rooftop waterproof membrane and cleaning all brick walls, allowing HD Strata Remedial Builders to handover the building with a beautifully refurbished façade.
