A new two-storey teaching building for Picnic Point High School featuring general learning spaces, TAS workshops, visual arts workshops, music and computer learning spaces.

HD Group completed the construction of the entire structure by installing prefabricated timber framed and fibre cement cladded wall panels on a ground slab. Once the wall panel work had been completed, permanent formwork cassettes were installed on top of the walls and then filled with concrete to form the suspended slab. Another wall panel installation phase followed to complete the vertical structure for the second level after which we installed pitched composite roof cassettes.

All elements were prefabricated off site, transported and installed in a specific sequence.
