The double storey heritage style building incorporates eight units each with their own balcony, situated next to the water in Fairlight.

HD Strata Remedial Builders were asked to refurbish the balconies of all units as they were showing signs of concrete spalling and general wear and tear.

HD Strata Remedial Builders works included demolition of the existing balustrades, gutters, downpipes, tiles, waterproofing membranes, preparing the existing substrates, and remediating concrete spalling areas. Once all surfaces were prepared, HD Strata Remedial Builders installed new waterproofing membranes, screed, tiles, structural steel support columns, gutters, downpipes and wrought iron balustrades which were designed to suite the heritage style of the building.
