The multi residential development in Abbotsford includes a basement level carpark and a total of 12 townhouses, with each townhouse spread across two storeys. The development is located on Battersea Rd and provides stunning water views.

HD Strata Remedial Builders were appointed as the main contractor and completed all structural, architectural, services and landscaping works with the help of our extensive subcontractor base.

Access proved to be a challenge due to only one front of the property being accessible. However, with a well formulated methodology and appropriate staging the access issues were mitigated, and we were thrilled to have completed the construction of the units on schedule and to the clients and consultants’ satisfaction.
