The Waterford Stage 39 is a residential subdivision in the suburb of Chisholm in the lower Hunter Region of NSW. Robson Civil were contracted to carry out the civil infrastructure works, and engaged HD Projects to construct a 1,000m2 retaining wall and footing structure designed for the site.

The retaining wall was constructed in Dincels 275 profile wall. The project was carried out with the use of HD Projects own plant and equipment ideal for civil projects (i.e. all-terrain EWP and concrete boom pumps).

As an alternative to the use of scaffold, the use of an all-terrain EWP sped up the process and ensured safety when working at heights on ever changing ground conditions. HD Projects exceeded programme expectations and delivered a quality project which was valued by all stakeholders.
