HD Strata Remedial Builders were engaged as Managing Contractor to carry out a complete (Re-Design & Construct) of an existing industrial complex/ warehouse located in Warriewood.
HDSR’s years of construction experience and its knowledgeable team was able to bring the clients vision to reality, taking a somewhat drab industrial warehouse comprising of just two units and turning it into a modern and vibrant complex comprising of five new units, bespoke office spaces and warehousing.
While carrying out the full external and internal refurbishment upgrades of this complex, HDRS was lucky enough to work alongside award winning architects Baxter & Jacobson. This partnership lead to very successful completion of Stage One works and gives all parties the confidence that Stage Two works will be carried out to HDSR’s same attention to detail and high quality finishes.
